We hopped on MRT and made our way to Little India before stopping by Chinatown. The video features some of the sights of these colorful districts and a shot of the Singapore’s national dish, Chicken Rice. This specific dish was ordered from a Michelin-rated hawker stand and is touted as the best in the country yet only cost s$3.50. If there’s one thing I’ve learned so far it’s that Singaporeans take pride in their food. Walk into any hawker center or food court and your senses will be overwhelmed by the sights, smells, and quality of the local cuisine.
